His career includes acclaimed roles at Alioto’s on Fisherman’s Wharf, The Warwick Hotel, and Hotel Whitcomb, where he honed his craft and developed a reputation for blending traditional flavors with refined technique. Throughout his journey, Chef Sergio has built a loyal following for his ability to transform classic dishes into memorable dining experiences that celebrate both heritage and innovation.
